About Us

Hi! Thank you for joining us! We’re Suzanne and Ahmed, the two creators behind Capture ‘n Crave.  Ahmed is the photographer in the relationship, and is an engineer by trade.  Suzanne does the  planning/researching, and works as a High Performance Coach, specializing in athletes and educators (former varsity swimmer and Math/Calculus teacher).  Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2017, Suzanne put her excessive planning to good use, finding places to safely eat on their travels.  

Between the two of us, we have put together lists of gluten free restaurants to eat at around the world, itineraries and city guides for places we’ve explored, and photography that captures the beauty of the cities we’ve travelled to.  We’ve been adventuring together since 2010, and we hope we can bring you along on our future adventures through this page.
